Richard’s Life Coaching program provides the knowledge, skills and guidance to help you find purpose and direction. This six session program provides the knowledge, skills and guidance to help you find purpose and direction, to understand how to live a balanced and fulfilling life, and how to put this into an action plan.

What will I learn? 

Learn about the science of Authentic Happiness and Goal Setting

What really makes for happy and balanced lives, and how do we set goals accordingly?

Identify what fulfilment means to you and develop a vision – Where am I going with my life? What is my 5 year vision?

Map out an action plan, relevant goals and milestones –  What can I do yearly, quarterly, monthly and weekly to achieve this vision?

Anticipate barriers and build resilience – How can I stay happy when the world is falling down around me?

Use advanced  strategies to overcome boost performance and overcome barriers.

Seeking Assistance

Clients may attend seeking assistance with understanding happiness, finding direction, finding purpose, or determining vocational strengths.  Other clients come for assistance with working towards a particular goal.  They may feel overwhelmed, lack confidence, feel indecisive, or feel that their life somehow is unbalanced.
