Telehealth
Remember that Richard offers Telehealth, which may be a convenient option for working people, people experiencing difficulty leaving their home, people without a means of transport, those without a psychologist nearby, or even if something comes up and you can’t attend your scheduled appointment in person.
Telehealth works much the same way as face-to-face counselling, except therapy occurs online, or through the use of the computer, tablet or phone.
